Book one of our conference rooms for a few hours or several days, it is entirely up to you how you want to tailor your meeting. We help you plan your meeting days and help you serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee if desired. Our premises are located in the middle of Stockholm City and it is therefore easy to get to and from the meeting by subway, commuter train or bus. Fill in your information in the form and we will get back to you with an offer. You can book our conference rooms even if you do not currently rent an office space at Beskow Humlegården.
Conference rooms
Our conference rooms are equipped with projectors and have good ventilation so that you can be alert all day, even during the hottest days of summer. With high ceilings and large windows, our conference rooms have fantastic natural light that contributes to higher engagement during the meetings.
Guggenheim
Meeting room for up to five people that is ideal for smaller meetings or workshops that require concentration and creativity.
Chrysler Building
Meeting room for up to five people that fits perfectly regardless of whether you are having a meeting or just looking for a space to collaborate.
Freedom Tower
Freedom Tower is a more airy meeting room for up to seven people that is suitable from smaller meetings to slightly larger gatherings.
Flatiron Building
Our largest meeting room suited for up to 9 people. This room contains a projector for easy screen sharing.
We also offer a meeting room for up to 15 people since we can open the wall between Chrysler Building and Flatiron Building.
The terrace
We also have a luxurious terrace that you can reserve which is perfect for an event, mingling or a kick-off. When the terrace is not booked our office guests are welcome to enjoy a lunch or a cup of coffee outside in the nice weather. Our reception is open every weekday between 8-17 and our staff can help you plan and order catering for your event.
